APPLICATION

  1. For handling liquids in various industries like Textile, Paper, Cellulose, Sugar, Steel, Food, Having wide temperature range & fluid, etc...
  2. Ideal for circulation of chemical in metal finishing industry.
  3. Natural choice for pickling line & scrubber in steel plants.
  4. High capacity transfer pump, filter press for Dyes & Chemicals, De-scaling, Oil & Fuels.
  5. Water treatment plant, Effluent treatment plant, Electro plating, Pickling & Steel rolling mills.
  6. Excellent for transfer and loading - unloading like HCL, Sulphuric Acid / Alkali, Caustic Iye.
  7. Scrubbing of corrosive gases like NH3, CO2, SO3, So2, I2, F2, Br2, Cl2, etc... 

 

FEATURES

  1. Suitable for corrosive duties in the Process and Chemical Industries.
  2. Can work continuously.
  3. Self venting type casing.
  4. Dynamically and hydraulically balanced impeller with aerodynamic profile vanes.
  5. Pump casing is provided with external metal ring for construction stability.
  6. Temp. range is up to 70 C.
  

DESIGN

Horizontal, radically split, one piece volute casing design, fitted with a semi open impeller single entry single stages.

Following standards of PIN 24256 / ISO 5199.
